BUS SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:

SUNDAY AUGUST 14TH: Departures at 1 PM and 3 PM from Embassy Suites Hotel at Boston Logan Airport to the GRC location.

FRIDAY AUGUST 19TH: 9:00 am to take attendees from the GRC site to the Boston Logan Airport.

BOOK A SLOT FOR THE BUS: in my.grc.org under your account ($50 per ride per person)

COVID-19: All riders have to wear an FFP2/N95 or equivalent high-grade respirator in the buses at all times.

If a potential rider does not feel comfortable to do so, they have to make sure to arrange their own travels to the conference individually.

CARPOOLING – UPDATE AUG 5th 2022

As of August 5th 2022, you should have received an email from the Chair inquiring about: 

=> ACTION ITEM – VOLUNTEERS TO DRIVE INFO NEEDED: If you have a car, or plan to rent one, and would like to volunteer to drive one or a couple passengers, please reply to this the email you received asap. 

=> ACTION ITEM – CONFIRMATION OF BUS RIDE NEEDED: In order to have a final head-count these bus rides are also included in the carpool survey, listed as “shuttle buses”. Sign up to those to confirm that you intend to be there and use that option in the carpool link you received.
